Hi Chuck, what a lovely silvery scene. So that's the Pacific Ocean, we're neighbours as our coastline is on the Pacific Ocean too. Well composed with the tree on the left. I see you have a spare sun shining in the centre too. I have ruined photos with the same problem. Can be quite a nuisance.
