Hi Ralf,
Good work. The loss of quality due to the teleconverter must be very little. I wonder what aperture you used here...no exif display.
Colourful bird, well compose, great detail and sharpness.
Did you use a beanbag?
What do you think about your lens in general?

le sujet est classique mais le résultat pas mal du tout :)
On sent que le cadrage et la compo sont pensés, les couleurs sont agréables. Le jaune dans l'eau est distrayant (un petit pp aurait été bien) et le plumage blanc OE (piège habituel). Mais je sais que tu vas régler tout ça très vite

I guess both of us hold this "picturesque" Picturewing close to our hearts, Fartash :-).
I still have a lot of unused shots of this dragonfly in my archives!
Your point of view from top front is quite a bold one with sharp focus on the eyes.
I tried one from a lower angle and am tempted to post it next :-).
Needless to say, I would give you 10/10 for this shot.

Hi Tim,

A beautiful shot of this lovely bird - whatever it may be. The colors of the bird are beautiful and the pattern on the breast is unusual. Beautiful details and pose against a lovely bg.
