Hi Steve,
I like this photo a lot. The emptyness gives it an great abstract look. The way you composed the photo with the small tree on one side and the sand blowing on the other side is very beautiful. The fact that there are only three colors that contrast eachother perfectly is perfect.

Very good capture of this emerald dove!
I like so much the vivid and iridiscent colours on top the bird, they make a great contrast with the rest of the image.
Despite the large dark and light zones, you managed pretty good in this exposition.
