Very nice attempt. You have a nice portrait but I find the image to be a tad soft. You have excellent DOF as the background is completely OOF and does not h ave any disturbing elements. I looked at the WS and the OE and UE areas have been corrected.

Very nice portrait. It is well exposed and sharply focused with excellent detail in the feathers. The coposition might have been a little more interesting had there been bore space ao nth left side and less on the right, but it is an interesting pose.
I know how difficult these shots can be. I have twp pair of them nesting in boxes in my front yard, and have yet to get a decent shot. Just too much foliage in the way.
