This is a cute pose that you captured. It appears to be sharply focused, but it is so over exposed that much of the detail in the feathers is not visible. I took a crack at adjusting it in the workshop.

Nice catch. It is well exposed, and the negative space that you left in front of the bird makes for a very effective effective composition. The branch directly behind his head is so similar in tone to the bird that it is a bit distracting. A slightly different angle might have avoided it. Overall, the bird just does not seem sharp. It doesn't seem to be motion blur, but if it as a focus problem, I can't quite decide where the best focus plane is.
