A very interesting mythical tale unfolded with picture crafted in balck and white hues to put the historical aspect in perspective.

I like the way you narrate, adding your personal experiences and thoughts and association with the subject of the photographs-to sum up a wonderful style of composition.As i read i could imagine the eagle eyes of the old man watching over.Also there's this ever present urge in man to explore the forbidden...

Great facial expression on the bird. Awesome sharpness and texture. My one problem with the shot is the distracting brightness to the right of the owl's face. Good job!
