Wonderful details and pose of the spider.
Sharpness and clarity are excellent.
It seems that there is a small fly underneath the prey of the spider that does try to steal some food by taking a bite to.
Very well done. Best regards, Harry |

well you have uploaded your best now to date.Great looking capture of these young great horned owls.As Rick has said they are getting very adult like in their plumage and you have documented their journey fairly well with your updates of this little family.I wish I could of had some success with my photos of chickadees but their nests are very difficult to get good photos of so to date nothing all that interesting has taken place. These birds sure do have alarming eyes, don't they and they do sure know you are about.Keep 'em coming dude as this photo is a good direction to go in.Nice colour, focus and above all details make this a fine addition to TN.Tfs. Beautiful pose of the bird taking of holding it's prey in one tallon.
Exposure is excellent with very nice details in the dark aswell as in the lighter colored feathers of the bird.
Composition is good altough a small crop from the left side would make it even stronger.
Just would like to have seen the bird with a little more sharpness. Kind regards, Harry |

A fine example of Orange Tip. Perfect sharpness and exposure. Markings on wings and colors are beautifully reproduced. Very well done and tfs.
