An intersting composition, Nicholas.
Why do these creatures "connect" on the neck of the female while mating? I have never been able to understand this process, frankly.
The focus is a bit soft; other than that, it is a very good picture.

Again we have the moment. This may happen more often than not, two together like this, but this is unique in that you caught that split second at just the right time.

I now just read about the spot....it would be easy enough to get out by cropping a bit....which isn't an obtrusive modification. Other than that and the good capture, the presentation with notes I was unaware of...means I learned something today.
