Good details and light, and I like the nice tight crop. There is just a touch of wave in the bottom right that I would crop out, though. But another winner.

A wonderfully tight shot with amazing backlighting. I think your calling is a professional nature photographer!

Was it really this color of yellow? Amazing! I agree with Evelynn's tip on the sky -- if you didn't bring a grad filter I tend to underexpose a bit and then make the adjustment with layers or a virtual grad filter later. This is a stunner and I think with a bit more detail on ths clouds you could sell it as a stock image.

Very nice close up on this Goat's-beard. Excellent pov to see this delicate flower. The image is sharp and colors are well contrasted. Your workshop also excellent and the whole flower is well seen and appreciated. TFS,

It's a beautiful shot of a beautiful bird. The colors look very natural. We even see the little touch of scarlet on the upper wing and the salmon color under the wing. Classic pose of bird looks great with head turned just right and that glint of light in the eye. Focus is good. DOF and background are outstanding! I LIKE the barbed wire perch. It is very typical of this species.
It has been rainy an heavy overcast everyday for over a week. We lost power and I had to be off computer much of day, si I went to lake with camera. Sun came out and I got some good shots.

I just took bunches of photos of the black swallowtail caterpillar, but none came out this well. Outstanding exposure. Bright vivid colors. Outstanding focus with amazing details. The entire caterpillar is in focus. Bravo! Your composition is perfect.

Nice colors. Good focus with the glint of light in eye of main subject. The second bird is a bonus. |

Isn't is amazing how quickly the superb little birds took up residence. The image is fabulous, although it is a bit of a pity that its legs aren't in the image. Never mind. Glorious all the same and great to read that you are helping the environment by putting up nesting boxes. I have done that a lot in my life time too.
Cheers,
