I am assuming it is a hawk as well. Great exposure. The colors look very natural and well saturated. Outstanding focus with great detail on entire subject. The eye is amazing for a photo at that distance. Great composition.
The little twig across neck is slight distraction, but mostly I just wanted to see if I could clone it out. See workshop.

The exposure in this shot is stunning. I know you used flash but the light is so soft and perfect. The glint of light in eye is outstanding. Excellent details in feathers and especially around bird's head. Amazing colors. I really like the composition and the frame is really makes this an outstanding presentation!
