Nice capture of this shy bird, this is a rare and difficult moment to photograpgh. Looking at your exposure values I have a small suggestion, in this pic you were trying to stop action, the bird drying its wings, for this you need fast shutter speed. You could have opened the aperture by almost 1.5 stop to get more speed.
