Hi Jane,
This is a beautiful, colourful bird. It looks superb against the glorious blue sky. I wish I had an opportunity to see some wildlife when I was in California last year if this is an example. Wonderful.

I love the crisp droplets on the leaves here Jim. I think though that cropping out the blurry needles on the bottom left would bring more attention to the sharper parts of the photo.
