Great and unusual point of view for this beast.
Very nice exposed, with beautiful details and colours. I specially like the stones on the ground, gives a lot of strenght to the shot. Also the antenas are very well seen.

At first I thought it was a flower.
It took me a while to figure out why you would call a flower a "killer"!
I have never seen a mantid of that color, and with such a frou-frou shape.
Nature is just amazing!
Your capture is just superb in every way.

Misschien een gewone fazant,maar hij staat er goed gecomposeerd op tussen het groen,misschien had de focus ietwat scherper gekun,maar neem aan dat je op een aardige afstand bevond en de foto aardig hebt moeten croppen,groetjes,
