I think this photo has a lot of potential. Taking photos from a moving vehicle is not easy so I have to say you have done a great job with this capture. I tried a workshop to help with removing the power lines. Hope you like it.

that is a real clos up! Obviously Sea Otters look very different with dry or wet head (I compared the pictures here on TN). So much nicer when dry but obviously difficult to get a nice catchlight in these animals.

Incredible detail. You've got a terrific shot here. The bird is crisp, sharp, and his beak seems emphasized - a definite positive. He pops out and the background, while natural, stays just that: background. Wonderful capture - congratulations.
