2-USM filter 50%, .3 and 0 twice
3-save the file

I decreased the yellow tones and increased blue. Brightness was reduced. I thought this way the clouds would really look like rain/storm clouds and it gives a nice contrast between the sun and the clouds. Hope it's ok with you.
