The clarity of this image is superb - you can see the feeding tube/tongue absolutely clearly. You could take out the little black speck on the mid-right hand side - looks like a small out of focus bee - for perfection.

Beautiful view - I have decided to try to do some shots of insect with a long tele lens in response to seeing images like this, rather than trying to use a macro lens with its very shallow DOF.

Honestly - I'd prefer to see the butterfly!! Great colors.

Very sharp, great color rendition, and excellent use of the light. Very good job!

This is not quite sharp enough - the wings are a little blurred. You should crop the top of the picture off - it doesn't add to the view of this beautiful butterfly.

Excellent note, and a beautiful picture of this chrysalis - you've turned it into a remarkable photograph.

Lovely delicate view od this butterfly, and extremely sharp - excellent use of the light. Did you achieve this with a regular 600 mm telephoto rather than a macro lens?

Very good use of the light to make the butterfly stand out while retaining the flower its feeding from. Excellent!

Interesting to see how you managed to get the butterfly to stand out against such a similar background - well spotted and well exposed.

I like the way you have succeed in capturing all the different hues in the butterfly's wings, rather than hev them fade to a black.
