This bird name is: Crested Caracara (Caracara cheriway), also known as the Northern Caracara. It is common bird from Falconidae family. Nice capture I saw many of them along Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil as well.

This is the Rufescent Tiger-Heron (Tigrisoma lineatum), I meet this guys too in Amazonia, near Manaus. This birds like to sit next to small houses in viliges waiting for fishes...

Bare-Throated Tiger-Heron (Tigrisoma mexicanum) is found from Mexico to northwestern Colombia, and this bird is on Red List, a Rufescent Tiger-heron is very common bird.
