HI Tim , very nice image you have here , a nice moody composition.
I think your HDR processing is quite nice to , it gives an artistic feel to the image and brought out the best of the color without giving a surrealistic look...

Hi Ray , I notice a lack of greetings on your postings , so guess I will be first to say , welcome to TN.
your image is nice with interesting subject's nice color and good composition , but it could use a bit of brightness to it , perhaps a bit of levels adjustment ?
I also notice that your gallery is all of quite small postings , you have a 800 pixel maximum here with a 300mb file size limit , your images would display a bit better if you took advantage of that...

Hi Bob , wow great one here , great detail and color backed up by a good composition. I have had a run in with a hawk before , one time out for a drive with a couple of friends we spotted a little family of them along coal trail , so we stopped and took some photos of them , my very last photo in the series was a blurred out photo that I clicked right when I ducked an attack from behind , it swooped me and my friend at the same time , she was a little upset that I did not warn her and I just said "hey I was too busy ducking :-)...
it was something else to hear the power in them wings as the whistled by so close to my head.
there where five in all three adolescents who where not very concerned at our presence , they looked a bit curious as to what all the hub bub was about , then the two parents that where rather upset , we did not wnat to cause upset so where on our way back to the car when it swooped , I had a bit of a laugh when I saw that last blurry photo. my old point and shoot was not really up to the task of getting a shot like this though...
nice share

Hi Bob , wow , awesome photo. I don't have much to offer in terms of technical critique other than to reinforce the comment's already made about it's obvious artistic merit. certainly a photo to be proud of , great stuff , thanks for sharing it.
