Good job on the merganser I find that they are hard to get close to. Also, one of my favorite ducks. I find it amazing that this bird nests in tree cavities!

Hey Mario, Glad to see that you found the Pileated woodpecker at Riverwood park. These guys are a good sign of healthy mature forest. I heard the Hoary redpoll was spottted at the feeder on the weekend did you see it? I would like to go nextweekend. see you
