I think it's a female of Sympecma fusca.

Great capture of this beautiful hairstreak.
This one looks very much like Arawacus togarna. But not exactly the same and also not exactly the same as Cycnus phaleros as Peter Roos suggested(Both missing the black line next to the orange band of the forewing).
Possibly a local variation of Aeawacus sp. or Cycnus sp.
