Hello Radomir,
or should I call you Tigerbeetle? ; ) This is an outstanding moth image, the detail and color conspire to knock me over. Easter chicken indeed! Wonderful.

Hello Thijs,
nice work here with your satyr. I like how you used the fill flash to pop the shadowed wings for detail while retaining the backlighting - it worked out nicely.

Hi Allen,
there is nothing quite like the american southwest is there? This was nicely captured with that cobalt sky - I hope to see more in your portfolio soon!

Hello Quinten,
the colors in this image really stand out - the simplicity flows nicely together. The end result is a powerful photo. These moths do not disappoint no matter what part of the world you find them. The bright colors, the window panels on the wings, the unmothlike antennae - these are the characteristics because these moths mimic wasps. We live in a truely fascinating world.

Hi Pam,
it's a shame that as a species we have to affect our habitat in such terrible ways. This is a very nice image, you did well in using the colors of it's surroundings while limiting depth of field to help it stand out. The detail in the feathers is especially nice. Well done.

Hello Manyee,
that is a very nice portrait of your sparrow. The catchlight in the eye and the fine detail in the plumage are wonderful nice effort getting in so close!

Hi Rick,
your patience paid off in a great way. Photography truely does have a way of bringing us closer to nature. Fortunate we are to live amongst the animals, thanks for sharing some of your neighbors with us.

Hi Livio,
this is a marvelous image you have made! The irridescence glows, the eye is sharp with a catchlight, the bird is stopped in suspendid animation. This is a strong photo - nicely done.
