To me, that's a perfect shot!

One could say you could have caught more of the bird's reflection on the water but the composition may have suffered (i.e. you would then loose the perfect diagonal the bird is drawing from one corner to the other, which I think contributes to the beauty of your shot).

Looks like you were at the right place at the right time! The green may be a little over-saturated, but my eyes like it anyway. Very good shot.
