(85) [2007-03-10 18:52] That human element can really add to a photo sometimes. It is good to see. Excellent composition, exposure, DOF, and sharpness. The light was beautiful.

(85) [2007-03-10 18:45] Don't worry about the blue cast so much, as it is natural. I like this photo. Mainly because it is sharp, well composed, and the exposure seems bang on. The catch light in the bird's eye is very important, and you got it. Well done
(85) [2007-03-09 1:07] - [workshop] [compare] [+]I like this photograph. I think it is very well done. I do have a few minor points... I felt the photo was to light overall, and needed just a little more contrast. I think it could also use a little sharpening (not much). It could have been composed with more room in front of the bird, but the photo is still strong enough to stand on it's own. I did a workshop to show the changes. Let me know what you think.

(85) [2007-03-09 0:15] [+]Nice photograph. You could have composed it a bit better though. If you had more space in front of the bird it would have been better. Also, it looks like there is a light halo around the bird, or are my eyes playing tricks on me. Did you do any dodging in photoshop with the dodging tool? I could be wrong...

I would say the image is over processed. Too bad, it could have been a real nice photo.
