Hello Ganesan
Ha-ha, your naughty title is quite funny, but possibly slightly offbeat as Steve Pryor (cuckooroller) pointed out that it is two different species on the photo. I have noticed that he really knows his stuff around the identification of birds. Although fortunately that do not take away one bit of the beauty of the photo. The sharp focus and lovely colours show the stunning beauty of these birds very well. A cute scene with the two friends having a chat, but actually it seems as if they are giving you the 'eagle' eye. Parrots (i.e. lories, lorikeets, parakeets, lovebirds, rosellas, conures, etc.) are very inquisitive birds and these two look very alert to what you are doing. I have finally mustered enough nerve to upload my 1st photo and I just want to thank you for encouraging me to do so. Rehanna
Hello Pankaj
I am sure it will not be overly difficult to fall in love with beautiful location. Such a serene scene. You did good work with the wide angle lens and the composition suggest that you gave this photo and the countryside some good though over before you actually photographed it. That water surface is as still as can be and gave a perfect mirror reflection. Lovely depth in the photo and the tree on the right helps to give some perception of scale. Thanks for your welcoming comments on my 1st photo. Rehanna
Hello Silpa
Now this is what I call a stunning photograph. Bright refreshing colours all around yet nothing enough to distract from the beauty of the Red Pierrot butterfly. I am impressed by the sharp focus on the beautiful butterfly and the balance in the lighting you have achieved. The colours are a delight. Thanks for the welcoming comments on my 1st photo. Rehanna
Hello Nagaraj
I can not agree more with you about praying for peace. There are so much turmoil on this lovely planet, so much strive and suffering. It really seems as if your little insect fully endorse your request as well. A lovely photograph with the fly standing out perfectly. Good focus and colour and I am surprised to see how slow the shutter speed is. This is where the tripod came in handy and it is something I should learn to make use of. Thanks for your welcoming comments on my 1st photo. Rehanna
Hello Loot
Rehanna
Hello Richard
To take your saying a little further, this is a face only a mother and a pig farmer could love. I do not recall seeing this bald bird before, but I am sure its female think it's the cutes thing around. You got a good composition with the V formed by the two large branches and the bird in the fork. Good focus on the bird and fine lighting all around. Thanks for your welcoming comments on my 1st photo. Rehanna
Hello Robin
Rehanna
Hello Livio
Take a walk on the wild side. Well at least it seems what this Tortoiseshell butterfly is doing. I'm not sure if there was any nectar for the butterfly to feed on in this wild looking hairy flower or perhaps it was just taking a rest. The focus is nice and sharp. I enjoyed your notes on both subjects in the photo, the butterfly and the flower. Thanks for your comments on my 1st photo. Rehanna
Hello Anna

Baie dankie. Rehanna
