Such a rude fly! :) Amazing how it was still long enough for you to take these pictures. I don't know about the others, but what a pretty face of an insect! And the eyes... totally beautiful!

I can't have enough ice and water pictures, one of my favorite themes... This looks like a dream.

It would help to have some more information about how this spider looked on the right side (it's back), and how big it was, in order to identify it. Anyway, this is a great detail photo.
