Nice image and a great note. Though you forgot to zoom in the result was not that bad. A running wolf with a nice desert landscape behind it looks great as well.
Cheers
Hi Biswarup, Nice image.
This flower (Argemone mexicana) is not a native plant of India, but came here and spread as a weed. In bengali it is called Shial ka(n)ta. Dishonest businessmen use the oil of this plant to adulterate mustard oil and as a result many people are found to be paralyzed after using the adulterated oil as a cooking medium.
Hi Clint, this is really a lifetime image. And I don't agree with the folks who say the focus is not sharp. How much DOF do they expect in a close up macro? The hairs on the fly's back are in perfect focus. If anything is undesired here, that is the back light - but what can one do? Ask the bugs to sit there while he moves a background paper behind them. :)
Nice bright image with great details. Interesting capture. I have seen these insects a lot in my childhood, but didn't know they were called wasp moths.
This pair is sitting on a neem tree here. Did you notice whether they eat the bitter neem leaves?

Nice image of the eye that observes all but says nothing. Trees - our mute brethren.
Cheers
