Hello Satish,

this one is stunning! I would have never thought that there could be so many details on a grasshopper's face.
Great POV and DOF, good framing.
Thanks for sharing. Kind regards, Britta

Hi Kaj,
when I saw the thumbnail I was a bit distracted by the close cropping but now I have to say it works - together with the title.
This majestic animal put behind / between bars - it is just sad. You captured the grandeur of this wild animal and its situation well in this shot.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ryszard,
a colourful picture with interesting POV, good DOF and good light management. I think it works well to focus in this case on the main head part of this insect.
Thanks for sharing.

Britta

Hi Beverly,
around here we watched the house sparrows decline more and more. But now the seem to recover. That is what makes me happy.
I like this shot because I like these little fellows. But I think it is a bit too soft. Makes me feel dizzy.
But as I said I like it because of the theme.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Bill,
first of all I noticed the intensive orange colour in the thumbnail of your image.
In large it is even more brilliant.
The POV is fantastic. Light, colours, contrasts and details are great.
To say it the short way: a fantastic shot.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello Doug,
a good shot. Everything looks like it should to my eyes and the sky is fantastic with all those clouds that are not too bright - I think the filter helped. I like the POV and the natural framing of the riverbanks. Everything is sharp.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Bengt,
I've never seen such a perfect portrait of a flying bird before. It is astonishing how sharp the details are, the colours are clear. Wow!
Thanks for sharing.
Best regards,

Hi Gaetan,
as many "girls" I like lady bugs too. And this is a fine composition with the pink border and the "girlish" flower.
I liked your image so much that I tried to play around with it. I think it is still an image for girls and still feminine, but the bug stands out a bit more. Let me know if you think that it works or if you think I missed the girl topic at all.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Fernand,
a moody shot. The yellow in front of the misty trees looks great, details and saturation are good, even so is sharpness. I would have liked the image even without the flower.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello Pawel,
this is a lovely lady bug. I am always happy to see them again each year. Here they are believed to be something like a talisman - especially children think so (and sometimes adults still do ;-))
I did a small workshop for you just to bring out the red of the little bug a bit better. Tell me if you like it.
Thanks for sharing.
