For this nice scene what a great light you had!
and I like the way you controlled it in a best way,indeed light element here(a side light) with 1/100 managed skilfully and DOF,too,with great result for background.
I see an excellent sharpness,too,with appealing colors for eyes,very nice pleasance contrast you reached for insect and the plant totally with its dark background.

A nice informative shot,simple but nice to look at it,in a fine pose you captured and your angle is very good,too,just a not good background and I know you was in zoo for it,if you could see like it in nature then...woww,I hope you do it one day:)
