Hola Arjun,

really nice picture of this wasp, especially if compared to the low quality of many other Insect-pics posted on TN in the last days. Great lighting effects on the hair in here!

Great details and sharpness, as usual for the mp-e65.

Is there another pov?

Hola Al,

amazing colours and lights on this little fly.

ID is very difficult, could be some species from the family Sciomyzidae, the horn flies, but I´m sorry I think that there is nothing comparable in germany.

However, great shot.

Hola Laurens,

very nice capture with a lot of golden hair, reminds me of Jason and the golden fleece and the location seems right too :-)

I think this is the species Eulasia pareyssei from the family of Scarabaeidae , subfamily Glaphyrinae.

TFS Conny.

Hola Josep,
nice capture with a lot of details. This seems to be Heriaeus hirtus, a crabspider which is common in the mediterranean region.
