Strange place this bird found to relax...
Of course, as usual, it is a nice photo.

Hi Cristy
This is the portuguese version of the song:
"Joaninha voa voa
Que o teu pai foi pra Lisboa"
It is not an excellent photo, in technical point of vioew, but is attractive for me.

Hi Krysztof
Incredible things that animals do, not to be seen. I appreciate this kind of photos, but unfortunately not everybody can see it with sensitive look.
Go on, very well done.

Hi Klaus
...and I did not expect that a fungi survived under the snow...
Nice shot, but I guess you also need to clean the glass of your scanner, it is damaging your work.

"Agaricus campestris", if you want to know the name. They are excellent to eat, mainly due its soft textute. You can buy dried "boletus edulis" (expensive), put some slices in water, and after 15 min, add all (water and slices) to these agaricus, when you are cooking it. You will have this texture with the smell and flavour of boletus. Add some milk cream, if you like. Hummm!

Hi Fatih
I have seen a butterfly like this for the first time last year, and I made a (bad) photo from it. I guess they were rare, but I received a comment that they are common here in Portugal. I only saw that one, what means that maybe they are not so common. This photo is superb, with a nice pose and excellent composition, puting the strong points where they should be. Well done
