Nice shot Andy - the diagonal to forward line across the frame is great and the interlocking of the wings in the air is really well caught - great timing!

best wishes Kev

Great

What a fantastic flurry of action in superb light - the framing is perhaps a little off to the right and I wonder if we need to see quite so much top and bottom of the image - i think this would work well in a letterbox format too - but it is really quite an extraordinary image. Very beautiful!

This is such an interesting moment - this capture of breath on such a cold day - perhaps the swans are a little muddled for a clear composition but with the water droplights and light and breath this is still such a special image.

A very nicely rendered image Tim - the stones cutting the reflection threw me for a minute - a good POV and overal composition and nice colour tone too.

Beautiful shot Tom - i like the way the bird almost fills the frame but there is still space for it to move into - the background colours are so rich too - avery nicely captured moment.

Beautifully rich colours - the composition - close crop with the head on the thirds works really well with such a sumptuous image - nice work!

Hi Melissa - welcome here too - I only started today as well - I think this is a really great take on these familiar starfish - I had two trips to BC this year and saw lots and lots of them! The close up POV really challenges us around scale - that's very good - photographically I think the foreground blur lets the image down a little - it's too much on top of the bokeh behind - but a very nice idea.

Beautiful light and a great composition Stephen - I love the sweeping breadth of this and it sets me longing to be in Ireland again. The richness of that sand against the blue grey sky is just wonderful.
