Very good and detailed image! Though I don't believe that it is an Ibis. It looks more like an Egret - but it hard to say, because you can't see the beak. If it was curved - then you probably got an Ibis - if it's straight - an Egret.
The Bubulcus would be a Cattle Egret

Very beautiful. Perfect and harmonic Pose. Only nit is the visible noise, that looks like compression artifacts. Either noise reduction or saving it with lower compression would have made it perfect.
