Bonjour Pierre,

Michel

Hello Niek,

You managed very well the exposition here in order to sea the nice light reflection on the sea lion's skin! Even if the animal is centered within the frame, the composition works very well for me! Great pov great stability at 1/50s. Personally I have no problem to go to ISO400 or even ISO640 with the 40D.

Great job and TFS!

Bonjour Jacqueline,

A+

Hello Paul,

A very nice picture of this lovely frog! I like the color of the fruit (for the green part) to the color of the animal's skin. The leg position is also very interesting. Excellent exposition and pov! The only thing is that I found the picture a little bit too cropped. I would like to see more space in front of the fruit, and also below in order to see the whole digit correctly.

A very good picture, though!

TFS,

Michel

Hello Staale,

One meter!!! What a lizard! You should be brave also in order to photography it! ;-)

I like the composition you did and the nice profile you got. Excellennt POV. The only thing is that I would have removed the brown thing in the foreground near its leg.

Bye and TFS!

Hello Wishnu,

I think you are right with the identification. I was a little bit hesitating after looking at this site but finally I think you're right :-)

I really like you pov and the natural colors. The spider looks aggressive and scare me a little bit (I'm suffering of arachnophobia but your pic helps my therapy ;-) ).

Excellent composition also!

A good job!

Hello Nicholas,

You managed very well the composition here in order to offer us a splendid picture of this lovely bird! Nice pov and very cute perch. I like the colors of the bird: looks like he is dressed to go dancing.

Great shot and TFS!

Hello Loot,

Happy to learn that you will be more available for TN friends very soon :-)

Here I must thank you very much for this picture because it will serve so well my therapy against my visceral spider fear!

You did very well to focus your concentration on this splendid specimen! The dark bg of your car enhances so well the fluorescent color of it. Don't ask me to flatter it even if its size is 4mm but I can easily appreciate its beauty!!!

Great job my friend!!!

Hello Peter,

You present us this week a very nice composition of this Pieridae posed on this nice flower. In fact, both together like to form a new flower specied! I like the yellow-spotted green bg being similar in color to the butterfly wings. Great details on the insect also and really nice composition.

Very well done, my friend!

TFS,

Michel

Wow Alex! What an explosion of colors!!!

You did great with this composition showing us the flower and butterfly diagonally. That brings dynamism to the picture. We have several Pieridae in North America but it is the first time I see a butterfly of this family with yellow and white on the external upper wing. The flower colors enhanced so well the butterfly. A great and hot shot for us in Quebec, who suffers from cold for several weeks now...

TFS!

Michel

PS. Thank you for your comments about my Falcon and Squirrel: it is very appreciated :-)
