Hi Rishabh,
Nice view there, great detail and beautiful colours. While the clouds may show the altitude of the place and all that, I personally think they'd be a good riddance in this case, since in my opinion they weaken the shot. I recommend cropping them out, but only down to their lowest point. That way, the darker distant colours make a sort of a roof over the lighter ones, and the shadows of the clouds in the middle and the ones in the front make a good balance. Also by removing the overexposed clouds you set the spectator's imagination free ;) I did a WS to show you what I mean..
