Nothing like being at the right place at the right time!.. Great catch, good detail.
Nice capture. IMHO on my monitor it looks as though you could boost the contrast and saturation just a little, and perhaps dodge the eyes to make them stand out a bit more.
Interesting image, but I might have zoomed in a bit more. Do not blame man for this, it was most likely a Shrike that did this. See http://www.montereybay.com/creagrus/shrikes.html for more information.
Nice image, great story! I am familiar with the smell, so I can relate better than most. They are a curious critter though! Too bad about the crop, butyou managed to get the shot which counts!
Very nicely captured Mikael. Great detail. nice color. My only complaint would be that I wish there had been more light over his back. Ideal lighting is not always posible with wildlife photography unfortunately.
Nice shot, pity you missed part of the wing. Good color and detail though.
Nice pose, but as you can see by the sharpness on the branch, you needed more DOF to make this work. Check the histogram on your 5D, you will see that the whites and yellows are over exposed. You might be able to pull some of the detail back if you have PS CS2 and use the shadow/highlight tool.
Good catch. Excellent sharpness and detail. Accurate color, well done.

Nice point of view, but with the equipment you have shod have much more detail in the feathers. A tad overexpose and blown areas upper left including the stem on which it is posed.
