Hi Alexei, What I like about this amazing picture is not just its composition, sharpness and DOF. It is guaranteed that Alexei WILL get it in his pictures :-). But I was observing the natural effect, as if one could reach and touch. As if the picture was seen through a window. Bravo my friend. That is photography!!

Here I see superb use of DOF with a greater f-stop to bring the whole subject into sharp focus while keeping the BG clean. Vivid details. The bee animates this picture and creates interest.
