Excellent shot, but I think you can improve it some, by playing with curves in PS, to fix the highlights.

Cecile, you managed to capture very nicely this elusive hover fly that mimics bees.
The composition, colors & DOF are very good!

Great capture of a lovely creature - but I think the picture would have been much stronger if the Swan was a bit more to the right in the frame - more centered.
But great picture non the less.
