Super cool capture! I love rhinos, they look just like dinosaurs. I managed to get some shots in Tanzania but never close, I was very unfortunate in my quest, maybe next time? Thanks for sharing. :)

Wow! I think I would call that the planters peanut humming bird orchid. What an amazing flower. Almost looks like two hummers perched. Would be nice to see more images of this one. I am in agreement with the others as it would be nicer to have the part that looks like the head more in focus if not all of it. Thanks for sharing this fantastic anomaly. If you manage to take more of this species please ping me an email as I would love to see more images. :)

Nice close-up image. No doubt a very beautiful bird. I still have not been able to photograph this species. They are not native to Washington state at least that is what they are saying. I took a trip up the Washington coast a couple months back and actually saw one. I reported it to the Audubon society but they did not reply back, apparently they were not interested or they did not believe me. I never got a photo of it as I was not prepared plus the evening lighting was terrible due to heavy overcast. Still interest in going back to same location to possibly snap up some images of them.

This is a first time I've seen this species and many times I have been south to photograph natures beauties but never before has this one presented itself like it has for you in this wonderful display of colors and gorgeous pattern. Well done. :)

What a beautiful capture of this sulfur yellow/white butterfly. we have something similar that flutters around over here. We take so many things for granted and most never realize the beauty in small things, but if one were to stop every now and then and get closer to natures smaller inhabitants there would be a bigger world to appreciate. Wonderful details in this macro of yours.

Nice moment in time to capture with a good dynamic feel created by the splash and foot positions of the two main egrets. For me personally, I can't help wishing that the wing tip on the left was complete in the frame but as it is the picture still tells the story perfectly well.

Beautiful image, and especially love the reflection in the water. DOF is just about spot on, light and colours are spot on, to qualify this as a "critique" I guess that the only thing I might consider changing would be to dull down the bright patch (stone?) under the heron's beak which tends to catch me eye.

Lovely textures and colour to this little guy, he blends in so well. DOF is quite good, it might have looked better at a slightly smaller aperture to get the big real leg in focus as well as the body but at 1/50th sec you are running out of light.

Nicely done, the owl looks a little surprised! The directional light gives some nice shadowing on the side and the top of the head, but it would be nice to see more of the side and its colours. Striking image though.
