[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken by my cousing on his way from Luanda to Benguela.
Num local a cerca de 30 km da Capital Luanda,
na estrada Luanda – Barra do Cuanza onde um
ano antes apenas havia uma extensa planície
coberta de denso capim e onde passeavam livremente
cabras do mato e pacassas.

30 Km outside Luanda this place is covered with dense grass
where wild life still in existence, from 1972 some modern
building activities have been around.

You capture some wonderful green colours! The vast grassland seems to go on forever, and I like the composition of this image...
Good foreground interest in the grass, but I feel the sky could be improved!

I was just wondering what this scene would have looked like with a more compliant sky. I've noticed quite a few of the artistic types on here have an aversion to white skies. So, here is my rendition on a day with bluer skies!

Interesante foto de esa laguna totalmente cubierta de vegetación; me recuerda la que hay a orillas de mi ciudad, que en ciertas epocas se cubre en parte de vegetación flotante.
Muy lindos colores saturados y brillantes.
Gracias por publicar, es la primera vez que veo fotos de Angola en TN.
