[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Each of the campsites in the Khama Rhino Sanctuary has a basin underneath the standpipes to catch any excess water thus creating a bird-bath. These sources of water are much appreciated by the birds and attract many different species to the campsites.

I spent one morning with my camera set up on a tripod waiting for the birds to arrive which they duly did including this striking Golden Breasted Bunting...

Commonly seen in the KRS these birds can be seen in most areas of Botswana even in areas of arid bushveld.

I appreciate the shot is not as sharp as I would like but this is the best one I got of him in the trees and thought I would post so you could see another of Botswana's beauties!! - I have had to crop out and clone out some of the branches...

Nice work. Well done on the composition. The POV is excellent. Clarity and sharpness are both spot on. Good depth of colour. The OOF BG compliments the shot. Excellent model! Congrats! :-)

Sharp or not by your own admission, it is still a totally new speices to me and it is presented really well. The OOF BG works really well and it is hard to guess where you have cloned out branches.

Lovely shot, agreed the detail is a little soft but excellent colours and nice composition. Well isolated against a clean background, really nice shot.
