Mankwe abounds with Rooibok and these little ones with babysitter were hiding from the heat in the shade. Even at 10h00 it is extremely hot in summer and everyone is hunting for shade. And life in Africa is peaceful until the darkness comes.

How lovely, I can't believe how many youngsters you have captured. The shot is a little bright (considering the conditions it is not suprising) but the subject is great, good POV and a good level of details. Nice shot

Superb shot, great to be able to clearly capture these deers under extreme sun-and-shade light environment, especially since this was taken with telelens at focal length of 300 mm. Perfect exposure.

Good timing on this shot to get the whole gang.Excellent eye contact,the herd seems very interested in what you are doing.Good POV and DOF.The photo is well focused ,with sharp detail.It is a bright part of the day but you handled the lighting conditions well.Nicely done.TFS
