Nice bird and nice composition.
You might consider to use an exposure bias of about -0.7 for all white birds to avoid overexposing.

Nicely composed and tightly framed, but I have to agree with Nephrotome2, it is overexposed. Not only because the bird is white, but also because the water surface had probably darker than average tones. I wish the birds would let me this close more often. Regards,
