Yes, this is a absolutely fantastic photo!
Not only a very interesting object but also managed technically with perfect exposure and sharpness. You have perfect light on the head to make it stand out very nicely and the reflection in the eye makes it look as the Secretary bird has perfect control over you.

A wonderfull action shot... This pic speaks of action , sharpness and composition. Amazing fly shot this is.I would never imagine to capture the eyes so perfectly at this flying range.

This I find a brilliant photo. Mostly you see this birds walking on the ground. You captured it flying in such a beautiful light and colours. Very sharp and fantastic POV with eye-contact.
