These agama's are quite common on the Baboon Cliffs in Nakuru NP in Kenya, they are tame and easy to get close to. I am not 100 % sure of the identification.

Spectacular lizard and very well captured. Great composition and well exposed in the bright sun. Love the colour combo of this guy, well done.
