Great shot of thes Flamingo Eyal.
Clarity and colours are excellent.
I think for maximum effect I would possibly crop off the two semi-birds on the right and possibly almost to the tail of the main foreground bird on the left to highlight the main group at the front.
It still looks good like this though.
