samburu reserve.
elephants here are quite plentiful and make their way effortlessly across the plain...even using our road!!
one thing in the jungle you quickly find out..you dont belong their and have no rights..everything belongs to the animals...and i have seen lions lying outside a toilet at lake manyara tanzania with a half eaten zebra stuck in a bush...so the bushes become very useful at times like that...not the one with the zebra.!!
god bless

That is one happy-looking elephant, Geof. He looks like he has a smile on his face, and he sure has a spritely gait. I would be inclined to crop with more space in front of him to give him room to step into. Sharp details and great POV. TFS. : )
Nice shot. I like the motion, especially the bit of dust that the elephant kicked up as he walked. Nice note and very true. Our car was chased by lion today and even in there you realise that we can easily not be anywhere near the top of the food chain.
Good composition, nice colours and sharp details.
Well done
Yes that is a happy looking elephant!! You should have called this "Walk like an Egyptian" :) Funny that it looks very royal and carefree at the same time. Good colours and nice crop, the slight blur on the back foot and the mid air tail suggests movement. Very well done. TFS
