[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A sea eagle strikes a fish in Lake Baringo. Local guides place cork in fish carcasses to attract the brids for the benefit of tourists. Perched atop trees on the edge of the lake, the eagles are only too happy to swoop down and perform for the cameras.

This could have been a great capture but the focus is not good and very noisy.
Maybe next time...

Michael this would have been the capture of the year but for the focus. I tried a workshop which is not too great. Have a look at it if you don't mind. I'll still give you full points just for the capture of the moment.

The guys have mentioned the noise and forcus, so I wont go there. The moment is superb and I have never had a moment like this.

Amasing shot, try Neat Image (download on the net) to remove the noise....very well done

Wow, I was in Uganda for a year and never saw this moment and obviously never captured it. Of course, I wasn't aware of the cork trick. :-)

The African fish eagles (Haliaeetus vocifer) sure are fun to watch, look at and listen too. I can't add any more comments about the photography, although I appreciate the comment about Neat Image!
