I like the artistic look of this composition with nature. Soft color and good contrast gives the final touch. Great post Colin!

I would have never thought to get this close to the palm. Now I see what you meant in your critique of my palm tree...next time I go I'll have to think to get a bit closer as this photo is very nice. I like the pleasing contrast in texture, and light.
