Any photo with a baby elephant is a winner for me! But this one has two babies and a juvenile and adults!! I love it. How wonderful to see such a sight for oneself. I love the three vertical trunks alternating with the two babies. It's a great shot.

This is a fine shot of the elephants dusting themselves. I have seen this happen on the t.v. but it must be spectacular to see it happening for real!
I like the way you have composed the shot with the whole family well positioned and nicely focussed in the frame.

to see 3 (or 4 ?) generations of this familly, the one i love

Fantastic wildlife photography.
Probably a happy family. Look at the little fellow in the middle...superb.
It's great to experience these families. I believe elephants are very emotional and intelligent animals.
The dust is definitely the icing on the cake.

You posted so many wonderful pictures while I was away!! I just love this elephant family. The little ones are adorable. I'm sure they are enjoying this dust bath but maybe not as much as they would a mud bath. I love the pose on the small one in the middle - he seems ready to race away.
