| The Welwitchia Mirabilis plant, the oldest living thing in the world. Some plants have been estamated at 7000 years. This specific one in the photo was estimated at around 2000 years old. These plants are found in the Damaraland of Namibia , the nearest town called Uis being 30 Km away,and yet fences were erected around the plants to try stop "tourists" from cutting off leaves or parts of the plants to take home as souviners. |

Good note and the people are worst than the bad animals.
They are pigs and destroying all things in the nature.
your photo is sharp with natural colors but not very special.
alle the flower makes that special trough your note.
